The slicing action with a 1mm thick ultra-thin blade does not put stress on the fillet. For slender eels, it can process up to five at the same time, adjusted to the width of the belt. Additionally, you can easily switch between pre-set cutting conditions with the push of a button. You can easily change the cutting pitch and speed according to the fish's specifications (up to six types).
